Young red wine with a brief aging produced by Bodegas Pandora, reflecting the power and elegance of Tempranillo (Tinta del País) in the Ribera del Duero. It comes from selected vineyards where balanced ripening is sought to obtain a structured yet very drinkable wine. Its philosophy is based on respecting the varietal, using wood only as a complement to round out the whole.
After a controlled fermentation, the wine undergoes 6 months of aging in French and American oak barrels. This time in wood is sufficient to polish its tannins and add spicy notes, while always maintaining the prominence of the primary fruity aromas.
Of intense cherry red color with violet edges. On the nose, it is frank and complex, highlighting ripe black fruits (blackberry, blueberry) intertwined with subtle hints of vanilla, cocoa, and light toasting. On the palate, it is tasty, with a medium body and balanced acidity that adds freshness. Its tannins are gentle and ripe, leaving a persistent and very pleasant finish. Ideal to accompany grilled meats, Iberian cured meats, light stews, semi-cured cheeses, and legume dishes.
