Brut Nature Reserva Cava made by Bodega Parató, a benchmark of organic viticulture in Penedès. This sparkling wine is the result of a traditional blend of Xarel·lo, Macabeo, and Parellada, sourced from their own vineyards in El Pla del Penedès. As a "Brut Nature", it contains no added sugars, allowing for a completely transparent appreciation of the grape quality and terroir character.
After careful vinification, the wine undergoes a second fermentation in the bottle with a minimum aging of 24 months in the winery's cellars. This prolonged contact with its lees provides a fine bubble and a complex structure, while maintaining exceptional freshness and natural elegance.
Pale yellow in color with golden reflections and a fine, persistent bead. On the nose, it is clean and complex, with notes of ripe white fruit, hints of citrus, fennel, and subtle aging nuances like brioche and nuts. On the palate, it is dry, vertical, and very balanced, with perfectly integrated carbonation that caresses the palate. Its finish is long and slightly bitter, very characteristic of Xarel·lo. Ideal to accompany seafood, fatty fish, rice, poultry, and Japanese cuisine dishes.
