Ramón do Casar Treixadura is an exquisite white wine from the D.O. Ribeiro, made by the family winery Adega Ramón do Casar. This wine is the result of the care and dedication of winemaker Pablo Estévez, who makes a meticulous selection of vineyards located on the granite slopes beside the Miño river. In its winemaking process, after a controlled fermentation at low temperatures in stainless steel, the wine remains in contact with its fine lees. This method provides the wine with a unique texture and structure, complemented by a remarkable aromatic complexity without losing its Atlantic freshness. Visually, it appears clean and bright, with a straw-yellow color and subtle greenish hues. Aromatically, it is elegant and intense, highlighting citrus notes like grapefruit, complemented by fresh herbs, fennel, and delicate hints of white roses and mimosa.
