The Bullet Man is an outstanding red wine that comes from the Denomination of Origin Vinos de Madrid, part of the acclaimed Uvas Felices project and produced in collaboration with the prestigious Comando G winery. This wine is a monovarietal Garnacha made from grapes from old vineyards situated at high altitudes in the Sierra de Gredos, where the granitic and sandy soils bestow a mineral profile upon the wine. The vinification process is based on a philosophy of minimal intervention, performing fermentations at gentle temperatures with indigenous yeasts, and adding stems for a more complex result. After fermentation, the wine undergoes 14 months of aging in large French oak barrels, which imparts structure and refinement. Visually, The Bullet Man presents a pale, bright ruby color. On the nose, it reveals an attractive perfume of fresh red fruits, such as currants and raspberries, as well as balsamic notes, violets, and subtle mineral hints. On the palate, it stands out for its ethereality and silkiness, complemented by refreshing acidity. This wine is ideal for pairing with roasted poultry, especially duck, meat lasagna, or dishes containing mushrooms.
