Bancal del Bosc Blanc is an organic white wine from Vinyes Domènech, recognized for its quality and authenticity. Made in the Montsant DO, it consists exclusively of Garnacha Blanca. The grapes are carefully selected from a north-facing vineyard at 400 meters altitude, benefiting from a protective forest that enriches its characteristics. The terroir, with clay-limestone soils, and certified organic viticulture practices ensure a sustainable and environmentally friendly product. During fermentation, the wine rests for five months on its fine lees in stainless steel tanks, contributing to its complexity and volume while maintaining freshness. It features aromas of white fruits, such as pear, accompanied by almond blossom, honey, fennel, and wild herbs. This wine presents notable freshness, finishing with a characteristic saline touch.
