Cured cheese with black pepper inside, made with raw sheep's milk, selected raw material from herds of native breeds that engage in traditional grazing. It belongs to the range of specialties, products with spices inside, which is done by adding black pepper grains during the production process. In this way, the entire paste acquires a more intense and easily recognizable smell and flavor.
It is a cheese matured between 4 and 6 months, with controlled temperature and humidity to obtain unique pieces. Using only natural ingredients, valuing quality and considering the origin of the raw materials.
TASTING: Consume at room temperature, take out an hour before serving. We recommend enjoying it sliced in wedges to appreciate its flavor.
