It is the standard quality caviar with eggs of the typical size of Siberian sturgeon, measuring 2.5 to 3 mm in diameter. This product was awarded the Golden Star 2013 at the Superior Taste Award.
For tasting, it's important to keep it cold until consumption. It is recommended to eat it alone, pressing the eggs between the palate and tongue to enjoy the intensity of the flavor that builds "in crescendo" due to its long aftertaste. It is ideal to serve with mother-of-pearl, wooden, bone, or plastic spoons. It can be used to top cooked potatoes, fried eggs, blinis with sour cream, or to accompany salmon, avocado, pasta, or shrimp. This caviar pairs perfectly with cold vodka, cava, champagne, or dry white wine.
