It is the Bach Flower of fear, as it deals with the fear of losing control of oneself and doing something terrible to the extent of hurting others or committing suicide. Cherry Plum is also very useful for the after effects of loss of control, for frantic fear and hysteria. (A simple case to visualize is the outburst of irrational screaming rage that children get into). Also fears of going mad and acting irrationally.

How to use:

It is recommended in simple preparation: dilute in a glass of water and sip and drink at intervals; or add 2 drops in a dropper bottle of 30 ml with water and take 4 drops at least 4 times a day. Compound preparation: it is recommended to add in a 30 ml bottle and take 4 drops at least 4 times a day.
