Inspired by the art of cooking women in India born: Yogi Tea Digestion, a wonderful infusion based on the mixture of spices (masalas), with a smell and taste really characteristic. It is a tasty infusion based on Ayurvedic spices and herbs with cardamom, fennel, ginger and coriander, to this they add licorice, peppermint and a pinch of black pepper.

How to use:

Boil the water and leave the tea bag to stand for 5 or 6 minutes.

Cardamom (17%) , Fennel (17%) , Coriander , Barley (Malted) , Licorice , Peppermint , Ginger (6%) , Cinnamon , Black Pepper , Cloves
