Molino de las Torres Premium Picual First Harvest Day is extra virgin olive oil made from Picual olives harvested at the beginning of the season. Its early harvest is reflected in its intense fruitiness and marked green character. It is produced by Molino de las Torres in Alcaudete (Jaén), an olive mill with more than a century of tradition that combines ancestral techniques with modern technology. It is recommended to enjoy it raw over salads, toast and vegetables, as well as in dishes where the oil takes centre stage. It also pairs with meats, traditional dishes and Mediterranean recipes, to which the nuances of the Picual variety bring intensity and structure. It comes in a 500 ml glass bottle designed to preserve the freshness, aroma and properties of the oil.
