This sparkling wine of traditional method is made from two varieties, one very traditional (Parellada) and the other more innovative (Chardonnay). This coupage gives it characteristics of freshness and silkiness that depart from the classic typicity of cava.
Elegant aromas, with character, fine lees, quince and sweet jams. In the mouth it is powerful, voluminous, tasty, fruity, fresh, with good acidity and fine bubbles.
We recommend serving it at a temperature of about 6ºC.
Alcoholic content: 12% vol.
