White wine made from xarel·lo grapes from one of our most special vineyards: El Fanio. It is aged in acacia barrels and cement eggs. A wine that breathes the environment of the mountain, thyme, rosemary, and pine resin that surrounds it. A compendium of roots among stones that are transmitted in the maximum expression of this unique terroir. The creaminess and elegance of this xarel·lo with a marked floral character with hints of fresh fruit, orange blossom, and fennel are surprising. In the mouth, it is unctuous, with fresh acidity, quince-like pickles, and a finish with the characteristic touch of xarel·lo. Alcohol content: 13% vol.
