The grapes used by Amaren Selección de Viñedos come from vineyards with an average age of around 45 years. The harvesting process is carried out manually. The harvested grapes are transported to the winery in towed baskets and, once they enter the facilities, they go through a double selection table: a first phase in which the clusters are chosen and a second phase to verify the quality of the berries.
