Bellevoye is the first and only 100% Triple Malt French Whisky. An original blend of what Jean Moueix and Alexandre Sirech consider the three best Single Malt whiskies of France (North, East and South-West). Final aging in French oak casks that have contained Grand Crus de Saint Émilion.

- The barrels from Château Clos de Sarpe Grand Cru Classé de Saint Emilion give the whiskey a coppery tone, notes of black fruit, spices and a soft structure - The barrels, which have housed only one vintage of wine, are filled with whiskey in the spring before the heat of summer. Therefore, the wine does not contain sulfur and respects the purity of the whiskey - As the cask has only held a single wine for six months, the benefit of new wood for the whiskey is important.
