Catena Zapata wines have, so to speak, revolutionized the American wine scene since the winery began making wines from very specific parcels or vineyards. Among the whites, their White Bones, White Stones and River Stones are extraordinary. They are still little known, with very limited productions but really spectacular.

These three wines are born in the Adrianna vineyard, in Gualtallary, and each one has its own personality. The White Bones, which we are concerned with here, originates from soils of a more chalky nature, shows great acidity and is very refined and perfumed. With perfectly integrated oak, it is spicy, with notes of dried fruits and a seductive menthol freshness. Superb and surprising.
