Mauro Terreus 2022 is a red wine from the D.O. Vino de la Tierra de Castilla y León, produced by Bodegas Mauro in Tudela de Duero, Valladolid. This wine is made mainly with Tempranillo grapes from vineyards over 40 years old located in the Cueva Baja area. Vinification is carried out by spontaneous fermentation in stainless steel tanks, followed by aging for 30 months in French oak barrels, which gives it great complexity and structure.

Mauro Terreus 2022 has an intense cherry red color with garnet hues. On the nose, it offers aromas of ripe black fruits, such as blackberry and plum, accompanied by spicy, toasted notes and a mineral touch. On the palate, it is a powerful and elegant wine, with firm tannins and balanced acidity that give it great cellaring potential.

Bodegas Mauro, founded in 1980 by Mariano García, former technical director of Vega Sicilia, is characterized by its commitment to quality and terroir expression. The winery has its own vineyards in Tudela de Duero and Traspinedo, cultivated with environmentally friendly practices.
