Champagne Delamotte Brut Estuchado is one of the most representative cuvées of the historic Maison Delamotte , founded in 1760 and located in Le Mesnil-sur-Oger , in the prestigious Côte des Blancs. This non-vintage champagne is made from a balanced blend of Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier from selected vineyards in the Champagne region.
After fermentation, the wine spends about three years on its lees in the bottle , an aging period longer than the minimum required by the appellation. This process provides greater aromatic complexity and a creamier texture, while maintaining the freshness characteristic of the house style.
The nose shows elegant aromas of apple, citrus and white flowers , accompanied by notes of brioche and almond. The palate is fresh, balanced and refined , with fine bubbles and a long, harmonious finish that reflects the mineral character of Champagne's chalky soils.
A versatile and elegant champagne, ideal both as an aperitif and as an accompaniment to seafood, fish or light cuisine.
