For the production of Croix de Salles, only white wines from vines determined by the regulations are used, vinified by the traditional system and without racking. VSOP is an emblematic reference of the house: aged, frank and enveloping, it ages for at least five years in French oak. With a light amber hue, it combines floral notes with subtle spicy nuances and offers a long, balanced and seductive finish.
