The vineyard has been revitalized and is cultivated following principles of organic farming, set on steep terraces with granitic soils at altitudes between 400 and 600 meters. These factors contribute freshness and distinct minerality to the wine. The blend of Falcoeira A Capilla 2016 primarily includes native varieties such as Mencía, Brancellao, Sousón, and Garnacha, all hand-harvested and fermented with indigenous yeasts.
