Falcoeira A Capilla 2023 is one of the most prestigious wines from Telmo Rodríguez's project in the Bibei valley. The wine comes from a historic vineyard located on the slopes of Santa Cruz do Bolo, featuring granite terraces. The viticulture in this plot includes traditional Galician varieties like Mencía, Brancellao, Sousón, and Garnacha. The production follows organic and low-intervention methods to express the authentic character of the terroir. On the nose, it presents aromas of black cherry, blackberry, and blueberries, accompanied by floral and granite mineral notes. On the palate, it combines depth with freshness and fine tannins, offering a long and elegant finish. This wine is a reflection of the Galician viticultural landscape and has great aging potential, being a very limited production.
