Parajes del Infierno El Judas 2020 is a white wine made by Barco del Corneta within theParajes del Infiernotrilogy, a project that seeks to show the potential of the traditional varieties of Castilla y León from very old vineyards. In this case it is made with 100% Viura , from old vines carefully selected to express the purest and most complex identity of this variety.

The grapes are harvested by hand and macerated for 12 to 18 hours before being pressed and naturally decanted. Fermentation is spontaneous and the wine is subsequently aged on its lees for approximately 12 months in large barrels , which provides depth, texture and remarkable aromatic complexity.

The nose is subtle and elegant, with notes of white and stone fruit, creamy nuances and a marked mineral character. The palate is ample and voluminous, with a silky texture, good balance and a long, persistent finish. A white with personality and gastronomic vocation, ideal to accompany fish, seafood, white meats or Mediterranean dishes.

For the elaboration of El Judas, hand-picked grapes have been macerated for 12 to 18 hours, pressed with stems and naturally decanted. Later, spontaneous fermentation takes place. This differential process gives this wine its unique characteristics. It is a fleshy, voluminous and very mineral wine that will pair perfectly with white meats, fish, seafood and crustaceans.judas is one of the wines belonging to the Parajes del infierno trilogy.
