This brandy belongs to the "La Bota" series of the elite group of sherry breeders, and has been patiently aged in traditional butts under the criaderas-soleras system, keeping alive the heritage of the Marco de Jerez. The solera comes from a carefully selected cask, which brings complexity, depth and a personality marked by its provenance.on the nose it offers intense notes of old wood, toasted nut, caramel, aged leather and varnish, with hints of ripe dried fruit and a background of sweet spices. The palate is very enveloping, warm and ample, with a silky entry, integrated wood, a slightly almondy character and a long, elegant finish with hints of dried fruit and noble wood
