Single varietal Syrah grapes from a single vineyard called "Los Guardiola",planted in 1980 and located at 900 meters above sea level , on the Sierra del Carche, in Murcia. Specifically, the 2016 vintage was rated as excellent, as it was particularly sunny and dry. This reduced vineyard yields, considerably increasing the quality of the grapes. Minami 2016 is an expressive, tasty, balanced and very fruity wine.
