When you search exhaustively, you often find treasures you didn't count on. In Mixtura Wines, they found historic vineyards and recovered them in several areas of Galicia and northern Portugal to create wines that are jewels like this Mixtura Gold. In this case they selected the most emblematic varieties of Ribeiro and Vinho Verde. Treixadura and Albariño were harvested and carefully selected cluster by cluster. Then fermented and aged separately in Austrian oak foudre and vat respectively for one year. Finally, the wine is blended and after 24 months in concrete tanks, we can say that this is one of the great wines of Galicia. A great wine with a very contained production I say of the best collection.
