When one searches thoroughly, they often find treasures they didn't count on. At Mixtura Wines, they discovered historic vineyards and revived them in various regions of Galicia and northern Portugal to create wines that are true gems, like this Mixtura Gold Label 2018. For its production, the most emblematic varieties of Ribeiro and Vinho Verde were selected: Treixadura and Albariño. Both varieties were carefully harvested, selecting bunch by bunch, and then fermented and aged separately. The wine was matured in Austrian oak fudres and vessel for a year. After this careful process, blending was done, and after 24 months in concrete deposit refining, we can affirm we have one of the great wines of Galicia, a remarkable wine with a very limited production, worthy of the best collection.
