The combination of an extreme climate, pre-phylloxera vineyards up to 200 years old and the know-how and experience of the Alma Carraovejas group, owner of Ossian, has given birth to a different Verdejo. In this 2021 vintage, Ossian maintains its already characteristic elegance and freshness, to which they add a surprising delicacy and a long, rested finish with which the authentic character of the Nieva environment appears once again.
