Queen of Wishes 2023 is one of the most exclusive productions of the Uvas Felices project in the Sierra de Gredos. Coming from an old Garnacha vineyard in Cadalso de los Vidrios, this wine is a fine and floral interpretation of Garnacha. The 2023 vintage benefited from climatic conditions that gave it an ideal balance. Whole cluster fermentation and oak aging ensure a pure expression of the vineyard. With aromas of violets, sour cherry, and pomegranate, this wine combines fine tannins and a long finish with vibrant acidity. It pairs excellently with dishes like duck breast, Mediterranean cuisine, and aged cheeses, with a cellar potential of 12 to 15 years.
