Sketch is a unique white wine made from Albariño grapes sourced from old vineyards aged 60 to 80 years, located in the Meaño area, very close to the sea. This proximity to the ocean gives the wine a distinctive saline character that enhances its freshness and complexity. Fermentation takes place in 750-liter barrels, a process aimed at preserving the essence of the terroir. Additionally, it’s noteworthy that Sketch does not undergo malolactic fermentation, contributing to its freshness and varietal expression. After fermentation, the wine rests in the same barrels for 12 months, imparting notable depth and elegance. This wine is ideal for enjoying on various occasions, especially with seafood or fish dishes, enhancing its saline character.
