This elegant wine is made from 100% Marmajuelo, also known as Bermejuela, an indigenous variety from the Canary Islands. Cultivated at altitudes between 620 and 700 meters, the wine achieves exceptional freshness and a refined mineral character. Harvested manually, fermentation occurs with native yeasts in wooden fudres, adding notable complexity. The wine is aged for about 9 months on its lees, which enhances the mouthfeel while preserving the variety's characteristic freshness. Aromas of white and yellow fruits, citrus notes, and delicate floral touches unfold on the nose. On the palate, it is fresh and lively, with good acidity and a slightly creamy texture.
