The Alba Blanca Malvasía is a white wine with Protected Geographical Indication (I.G.P.) Menorca, crafted by Bodega Torralba, a pioneer in reviving and valuing viticulture on the island. This wine exclusively comes from Malvasía grapes, an aromatic and elegant variety that perfectly adapts to the Mediterranean climate of Menorca, influenced by the sea breeze and the island's limestone soils. The grapes are hand-harvested to select the best bunches. Subsequently, they are gently pressed, and the must ferments at low temperatures in stainless steel tanks, preserving all the primary aromas and the characteristic freshness of Malvasía. The wine does not undergo oak aging, thus maintaining its purity and varietal expression.
