Tr3smano Albillo Mayor 2021 is one of the most distinguished white wines from the Ribera del Duero, produced by the renowned winery Tr3smano. This wine comes from the historical Albillo Mayor variety, which the winery has sought to revive. The grapes come from ancient vineyards located in the most prestigious areas of Burgos, where altitude and limestone soils give the wine unique freshness and depth. During vinification, the wine ferments and ages for nine months in new French oak barrels, where it is worked on fine lees to enhance its complexity and volume. Aromatically, it presents intense notes of peach, ripe pear, tropical fruit, and white flowers, with subtle toasted touches from the barrel.
