Sheep yogurt made with the milk from our Churra sheep. It is made from fresh sheep milk, lactic ferments, vanilla, and 4% sugar.
The milk from this native breed of Castilla y León has a much lower production than other breeds or animals. We collect between 160 and 200 liters of milk every day, between the morning and afternoon milking. Despite its lower production, this milk is of great quality because it contains a higher amount of fat and protein in its composition, in addition to being richer in amino acids.
