We present our artisanal flower honey, harvested in the beautiful landscapes of Galicia. This unique honey is made from a variety of diverse plants such as chestnut, bramble, eucalyptus, heather, oak, and holm oak. Each flower contributes its uniqueness, making our honey recognized worldwide for its high quality. The beehives where Apigal's honey is produced are located in various places in Galicia, from the coast to the mountains, adding a rich diversity to the honey's flavor. Our extraction process is environmentally friendly: the hives are harvested, honey is cold-extracted, left to rest for 15 days in barrels, and finally packaged in 1 kg glass jars. This process ensures we retain all the properties and characteristics of our honey.
