Its aging recalls that of those wines that crossed the oceans in the 17th century to the colonies and returned to European ports with greater complexity and smoothness.

Made from Oloroso and Pedro Ximénez. After aging separately in their respective soleras for 12 years, the two wines are combined to age again in a Solera of 45 casks located in the Sacristy of the winery.

Tasting note:
Dark mahogany color. Intense aroma of ripe fruit, mocha, cocoa, and toffee. Very complex on the palate, with clean acidity. Flavors of raisins, walnuts, and caramelized orange.
Serving temperature: 10-12º C.
Pairing: Perfect to accompany cheese boards, foie gras or desserts. It is recommended to serve in a wide glass, with ice and a slice of orange. Its marked and inimitable personality has made it a benchmark of contemporary mixology.
