Artisan Crackers with Guérande Sea Salt and Olive Oil, Lady JosephIt is a
natural sea salt rich in minerals and trace elements, unrefined, without additives, and sun-dried. It is hand-harvested by Paludiers who generation after generation harvest it in the same artisanal way as it was done in the 19th century.
Lady Joseph discovered the properties of this sea salt during her summers in Brittany and it was always an essential ingredient in her recipes.
The flour is ground in an artisanal way. Stone-ground flours are more nutritious and aromatic than those ground with industrial steel rollers.
We let our dough rest for
12 hours and carry out a
slow baking process to maintain the nutrients and achieve an extra thin and crispy cracker, but at the same time consistent.
