The red wine Jarabe from Almázcara Majara is an artisanal work made from 100% Mencía grapes, cultivated in the vineyards of Los Barrios, in the El Bierzo region. This wine has been carefully produced since 2007, with a manual harvest allowing for the creation of only 13,000 bottles per year. The Designation of Origin El Bierzo guarantees its provenance and quality. The Jarabe presents an attractive red color with garnet hues, offering an intense aroma of fresh fruits like strawberries and sour cherries. On the palate, it has a round and fresh profile with gentle and balanced tannins, culminating in a delicate and elegant aftertaste.
