Blending grape varieties such as Garnacha, Sauvignon Blanc, Viura, Maturana, and Tempranillo, the wine showcases a vibrant salmon color with an aroma of fresh fruits, including strawberries, blackberries, and raspberries. Its taste is fresh and well-balanced, with acidity reminiscent of pomegranate and watermelon, offering a long and lingering finish. Fermented at a controlled temperature and stabilized by cold, its production is done with respect for the environment and without the use of herbicides. Perfect for pairing with rice, pasta, and fish, especially recommended for salmon dishes. Its alcohol content is 13% vol., and it is advised to serve at 7-8°C.
