White Wine, Verdejo Frizzante JJ Mateos, Bodega Vega DemaraJJ Mateos Blanco Verdejo is a white wine made from Verdejo grapes sourced from our own vineyards, carefully selected at their optimal ripeness and hand-harvested.
The alcoholic fermentation takes place in temperature-controlled tanks, between 14 and 16 ºC, with the aim of preserving the aromatic expression of the variety to the fullest. Subsequently, the fermentation process is stopped in a controlled manner to achieve an alcohol content of 6% vol., by lowering the temperature to -3 ºC, which helps maintain its fresh, fruity, and slightly sweet character.
Tasting Notes
It presents a pale yellow color with greenish reflections. On the nose, it is very expressive and explosive, with intense hints of tropical fruits. On the palate, it is balanced and fresh, with a pleasant sweet and fruity flavor that makes it very easy to drink.
Food Pairing
Ideal wine for appetizers, fish dishes, seafood, pasta, rice, and white meats. It is also perfect as an accompaniment to desserts, especially chocolate, fruits with chocolate, and pastries.
Recommended serving temperature: 4 ºC – 6 ºC.
