Pure sheep cheese (Ciudad Real)

Livestock Encinasola, founded in 1997 with 200 sheep, has grown to have a population of 2000 animals in Castilla La Mancha. Located in Porzuna, they produce high-quality pure sheep cheese in the cradle of cheese, with excellent raw material from their own sheep. They transform their milk to make cheese, maintaining an exclusive and natural production.

The Kentia wine is obtained from old vineyards planted in pergola, traditional system of the D.O Rías Baixas area, which allows to achieve the maximum expression of the Albariño grape with a high degree of acidity. This is due to its proximity to the ocean and its high level of rainfall, so we get "a wine with excellent potential for improvement in the bottle"
