Tudon's Cabernet Sauvignon comes from vineyards over 15 years old, located at around 900m above sea level, with low yields to concentrate flavor. It ferments with temperature control, undergoes aging in French and American oak barrels for approximately 12 months, providing body and structure without losing freshness. In the glass, it reveals an intense cherry red color. The nose combines ripe black fruit, spicy notes, and mineral hints. On the palate, it is balanced, with round tannins, just acidity, and a persistent finish that invites another sip. Ideal to pair with red meats, roasts, or aged cheeses. Recommended serving temperature: 14-16 °C.
