The El Grifo Ecological Ancestral Sparkling Wine comes from the northwest of Lanzarote, in Tinajo, and is made with Malvasía Volcánica grapes. Using the unique and ecological ancestral method, a single fermentation is achieved. The grapes were harvested on July 18, 2022, pressed whole, and fermentation used indigenous yeasts, bottling on July 25, 2022, creating natural bubbles. This sparkling wine is ideal for celebrations thanks to its freshness. With a creamy texture, it blends fruity and citrus flavors. With an alcohol content of 13% and refreshing acidity, it reflects the ecological viticulture of El Grifo.
