The Cava Comte Subirats Brut Rosé from the Gonzalez Byass Grouppresents this cava Brut Rose (Spain) made from the grape variety 100% Trepat. Raised for 12 months in bottle.
The Trepat grapes are fermented in stainless steel tanks. After the first fermentation it is bottled for the second fermentation in bottle. The wine is aged in bottle for 12 months before disgorgement.

A state-of-the-art winery located within the vineyards, with the most modern winemaking, vinification and aging processes. It dates back to 1949 and is located in the municipality of Sant Sadurní d'Anoia, capital of the Cava Denomination of Origin in the heart of Catalonia. In 1982 the González family bought the property and it is now part of the González Byass Group. The name comes from the Subirats Castle, located very close to where the vineyard is located.
