Cubical Ultrapremium Gin is a spirit distilled in Spain by Bodega Cubical. It is made with a blend of 12 carefully selected botanicals, including juniper berries, coriander, cardamom, lemon and orange peel and angelica root. The artisanal «cubical distillation» method consists of a slow, even distillation in small 50-litre batches in copper stills. It offers fresh, citrus and spicy aromas with herbal nuances. On the palate it is balanced and refreshing, with a citrus and spicy opening, herbal base and a clean, elegant finish. It appears crystal clear and bright, with a slight silvery tint. Format: 70 cl glass bottle, octagonal in shape with gold details. Alcohol content: 40 % vol. It can be enjoyed neat or in a wide range of cocktails. Bodega Cubical, founded in 1898, is a family business based in Igualada, near Barcelona, which also produces vodka and brandy.
