Dry wine made from 100% selected Palomino grapes from the Pago de Macharnudo (Jerez Superior). It is one of the premium wines from Harveys' range of Jerez wines, whose Solera was established in 1953.

Our recommendation

  • Consumption time:ideal as an aperitif or during meals. Perfect also for cocktails, highlighting itsversatility and surprising with its flavor.
  • Service temperature:consume very cold, between 3-5ºC.
  • Recommended storage:cool place (15-17 °C) and in a vertical position. Once opened, store in the refrigerator andconsume preferably within 1 month.
  • Pairing:perfect with nuts, fatty cold cuts, cold dishes such as salmorejos or gazpachos. Also with seafood, fish or sushi.
