The vinification is manual, for the production of this wine is macerated in 10 days under controlled temperature, has a malolactic fermentation and subsequent aging with 12 months in French oak barrels. The 2014 vintage of Lavia Origen Wine obtained 91 points Rober Parke''s Wine Advocate.
The wines of Lavia, are wines with a lot of craftsmanship, these wines are born from the land located in Venta del Pino, where there is great landscape richness and strong viticultural character, it is there where payments of the Monastrell variety are located at an altitude of 800 meters above sea level.
