The Light Tuna with Laurel Peppers combines light tuna, peppers, and olive oil in a traditionally made preserve. The fish is processed and packed one by one, following the artisanal tradition of Conservas Laurel, linked to the town of Avilés on the coast of Asturias and by the Cantabrian Sea. The brand brings together old recipes and new creations, relying on fishing traditions and the products of both the sea and land of Asturias. This preparation is presented in a single glass format. Its net weight is 400 g and its drained weight is 280 g. Visually, it offers pieces of light pink tuna contrasted by the red and yellow of the peppers. On the nose, notes of tuna, olive oil, and the slightly sweet aroma of peppers emerge, with a subtle herbal background. On the palate, it has a smooth and tender texture, a delicate flavor, and umami notes; the sweetness of the peppers balances the fish's salinity.
