Red wine El Caire.

The red wine El Caire is a wine made from 100% Monastrell variety. Native grapes of the area and vineyards owned between 25 and 35 years, harvested in the first half of October when the grapes reach their maximum level of maturity and sugar. The vineyards are drip irrigated due to the low rainfall in the area. The climate is mild winters with no frosts and short periods of low temperatures. The spring is short and the summer is long, since the good temperatures last until October.

For the elaboration of the red wine El Caire Monastrell, the grapes are destemmed, pressed and transferred to stainless steel tanks of 25,000 liters where the fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature of approximately 24 degrees. Subsequently aged in barrels for 6 months to give structure and nuances to this great wine with exceptional value for money.

If you have any questions when buying red wine El Caire monastrell, please contact the sommelier of our online store and will advise you without obligation.
