La Melonera presents Red Wine La Encina del Inglés, an elegant young wine from D.O. Sierras de Málaga, made with a careful selection of grapes: 50% Tintilla de Rota, 30% Tempranillo, and 20% Syrah. This wine pays tribute to the British influence in the region, where Ronda has been an iconic destination since the 19th century. Its meticulous process includes maceration followed by controlled fermentation at 25ºC and a 6-month aging in medium-toasted Allier oak barrels.
