Its careful production and long aging give it an elegant structure and a unique character.
This wine begins with a meticulous selection of grapes at their optimal ripeness, ensuring maximum quality from the vineyard. After vinification, the wine remains 6 months in tanks with its lees, which adds greater richness and complexity. Subsequently, it undergoes 18 months of aging in new French oak barrels, where it gains depth and balance through biannual rackings.
