Special whisky made in Scotland of which only 5,000 boxes of this recreation have been produced, using Hankey Bannister Original as a starting point. Then, the recipe was combined with mature and smoky malts to match the flavor profile of that old recipe and create a fascinating vision of what Hankey Bannister was like 90 years ago.
Stuart Haarvey, the master distiller of Inver House, was entrusted with the task of recreating this fragment of whisky history after discovering a rare bottle of Hankey Bannister from 1920.
