This wine belongs to the vineyards and wineries of Barbadillo, simply known by the name Barbadillo, with a Protected Geographical Indication Wines from the Land of Cadiz.
It is composed of 100% Palomino Fino grape.
According to our accounting books, the designation "White Castle Wine" dates back to 1883, however, it was not until 1975 that we began to bottle it by vintages, making it the first white wine produced in Andalusia. Today it is the reference white wine in Spain.
